The museum presents the best examples of the art of gunsmiths in the world. The whole hall is dedicated to the Russian designer Mikhail Kalashnikov.

It is better to start the excursion for kids from the hall of mammals, in which the small animals are particularly delighted by the large animals. The interactive museum “Interactive fairy tale”, which opened in the center of St. Petersburg in 2015, will become a real guide to the magical world. It is located on Malaya Morskaya, building 21.

The museum is designed for visitors from five years old. Here the technology is in the service of folk traditions: the heroes of Russian fairy tales – Koschey Bessmertny, Baba Yaga, Tsarevna Frog, bear Mihailo Potapych, Kolobok, Old Man and Old Woman, postman Pechkin and many others – come to life thanks to complex cybernetic devices. Mechanical robots can move, laugh and cry, tell stories, sing, and dance.
